When sisters connect and empower!

Founder of Dear Black Girl Podcast, Unique Chapman, launched the very first We Major LIVE panel in New York City on Tuesday May 8th! Carefully modeled after her popular podcast, the LIVE panel discussion was guided by music and 4 successful women who have paved their way in the entertainment/ music industry.

Crystal Caines can only be described using one word – artist. The rapper, singer, producer and engineer has worked for almost a decade to establish her identity and sound in an industry that usually sticks to the status quo. Effortlessly merging her talents created a unique package that the industry has not only embraced but has also proven to be what is missing. Drawing from influences of her Harlem and Guyanese background, Crystal Caines has been able to create a sound that is all her own. Her infectious lyrics captivate audiences in the same way that Hip Hop is able to draw people from all over the world who want to be a part of its allure. Her talents are celebrated by many and have already been etched into the culture that birthed her musical form as evidenced with her collaboration credits on tracks that include Nick Jonas, MIA, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Baauer, Souldiggaz, Smoke Dza, Nottz, and many more.
