Founders Of The Culture Collab Kick Off 2018 With Events For Black Millennials In Media

The Culture Collab, a group comprised of girl-bosses Jaide and Crystal, is a movement dedicated to shifting the culture of media, with a specialization in events with leaders and influencers within the industry. The two women are media powerhouses with careers spanning between SONY Music Entertainment and BET Networks, respectively. This dynamic duo began hosting their mixers and panel discussions for this year already and two such events (sponsored by ) have already kicked off their powerful 2018 Agenda…               

Cocktails for the Culture

Cocktails for the Culture was a successful, hit mixer dedicated for working millennials to have an opportunity to network, amongst fun and drinks, hosted at PS 450 in NYC. It was also a key celebration of the launching of their new website:

  Lock In: Creating Your Own Luck

On the heels of Cocktails for the Culture, The Culture Collab then also hosted a panel centered on creating your own luck and opportunities within the industry. This panel included Maxoctober (DJ + RCA Records), Devin Cobbs (Entrepreneur behind 40oz Bounce and more), and Kameron (D’ussepalooza). The guests shared everything from their respective journeys to advice on paving your own way:
